First time collaboration offers members of Depop’s Creator Programme an exclusive extended trial of Adobe Express Premium

Adobe has announced a new collaboration with Depop, the community-powered fashion resale marketplace, as part of its ongoing commitment to 'Creativity for All.' This union aims to support fashion influencers and micro-entrepreneurs by helping them prepare for the busy holiday season. Through Adobe Express, the quick and easy create-anything app, members of Depop’s Creator Program will gain access to innovative resources that enable them to enhance their business through professional-looking content and designs, positioning them to stand out in the competitive holiday market.

Adobe Express, equipped with generative AI powered features, make creating easier and are designed to be commercially safe. For example, Generative Fill allows creators to insert, remove or replace objects or people in an image and Generate Template, which lets creators make editable templates – all by simply entering a text prompt. Generate Text Effects, allows creators to design attention-grabbing headlines with letters featuring different textures, patterns and more. Adobe Express also includes a massive library of templates and multimedia assets, making it easy for anyone to create and customize eye-catching social posts, videos, flyers, and logos. Meanwhile, Depop has established itself as a hub for young solopreneurs and creators, enabling anyone to buy, sell, and discover desirable second-hand fashion.

One key feature available to Depop Creator Program members, and Adobe Express Premium users more broadly, is a unique range of Depop-inspired templates. These templates are specifically designed to help sellers enhance their content, offering flexible and customisable options that can be adapted to showcase their items and build their brand presence.

As part of this initiative, Depop creators are producing educational content, guiding budding fashion sellers on how to merchandise their Depop shops, improve their photography and videography skills, and effectively market their brand using Adobe Express across social media platforms.

Mr Panesar is a second-hand fashion seller who enjoys hunting for vintage items and hidden gems. Through editing software, he’s able to showcase his creativity, inspiring followers with his second-hand fashion collection. He uses Adobe’s creative tools as part of his day job and since starting an Instagram account for his business on Depop, he now uses Adobe Express to create design assets when he’s listing second-hand items or promoting the sale of them.

His favourite features are the easily accessible, vibrant and well-curated selection of templates that help kick off the creative process as well as the content scheduler. By using Adobe Express, Mr Panesar is able to save time when he’s already at maximum capacity with his full-time job, as well as being a father to two children, without sacrificing quality, by scheduling and planning content across social.

Selena Joan is a lifestyle influencer who shares snippets of her daily life, with a big focus on fashion, including thrifted/second-hand clothing and how she styles her outfits. She first started her business because of her love of vintage and wanted to share this passion with others and help make it easier for people to make sustainable choices.

With the template features in Adobe Express, Selena’s able to get creative with content that she can share with her followers on social media to promote her new drops and attract buyers to her Depop shop.
