Accenture Song is appointing Arun Kumar as its new global head of data and AI.
In this role, Kumar will lead Song’s global data and AI team and solutions. Based in the US, Kumar will report to Baiju Shah, Accenture Song’s global chief strategy officer.
Kumar joins Accenture Song from a period of independent consulting. Prior to this, Kumar was the chief data and marketing technology officer at Interpublic Group, responsible for developing its data and technology solutions globally and growing its addressable media buying practice, as well as playing a pivotal role in IPG’s major acquisitions.
