374 Pets, a Brazilian-based pet food brand, paired an adorable sing-along ode to pets of all stripes with 2D animation by LOBO to showcase their all-natural products and firm lack of animal testing. No matter the pet - from cats to capybaras, according to the jaunty spot - 374 Pets products caters to their welfare and the environment.
The LOBO team worked closely together to bring furry, feathery and scaly critters to life by uniting students from local animation, art and design schools with in-house professionals to shadow various stages of the production pipeline. LOBO creative director Isabella Littger, art director Thiago Martins, animation director Anderson Omori and producer Bruna Boretto supervised the endeavour. Together with the opportunity to put their skills to practical use in storyboarding, character design, animation, and post-production, the students attended online classes on various aspects of animated filmmaking and advertising. The collaboration created an irresistible piece of 2D animation that appeals to children and adults alike, thanks to a stylish, yet approachable art style.
