Deutsch LA uses GoPro cameras to create interactive YouTube experience

Alongside creative agency Deutsch LA, VW has teamed up with GoPro to help make consumers' every day driving experience as thrilling as a video game.

Volkswagen just launched a promotion, which rewards customers who purchase a Golf GTI throughout the month of June with a free, custom made, GTI-branded GoPro camera. Each camera is skinned to look like a GTI, down to the iconic black and red grill. 

The campaign includes an interactive long form video titled, "Turbocharge the Everyday," designed to illustrate the GoPro/GTI's ability to enhance mundane daily tasks like getting milk and going to the carwash. 

The video features Top Gear TV host and rallycross driver, Tanner Foust, with dozens of GoPro cameras strapped to every surface to bring consumers closer to the action, and ultimately show them how to add excitement to the every day.
