As a former agency co-owner and a General Manager of a leading loyalty company, my core strength is my ability to successfully balance the ambitions of clients, agencies and teams to achieve growth.

My early years as an account handler in large above the line advertising and integrated agencies gave me a solid foundation in brands, broadcast media and client culture. In the late 90s, interested in the emerging discipline of direct marketing, I was lucky to work with some of the best agencies (Havas, TMW, M&C LIDA), brains and brands to hone my CRM and loyalty skills. Solving today's client customer engagement challenges, with an eye to the future, is something I am still passionate about. I have helped create strategies and solutions that are genuinely personal, and new loyalty approaches with innovative mechanics and commercial models.

I thrive leading complex projects, where my management experience is an asset. Creating the right environment and the ability to manage many viewpoints and skillsets, from C-suite to the customer frontline, is critical and an area I am highly experienced in. I believe it’s important for everyone to be able bring their divergent opinions and personalities to the table in a structured and open way, to ensure the project journey is commercially and strategically successful.
