After being named AWARD School top student in 2012, Tim spent five years at TBWA\Melbourne. While there, he also worked out of the TBWA\Chiat\Day office in Los Angeles as well as at TBWA\London. In 2017 he joined DDB Sydney where he was soon promoted to Creative Director. Since 2023 he has been at Leo Burnett Australia working across a numbers of the agencies portfolio of clients.
Tim has won top honours at almost every major global award show, including multiple Cannes Gold Lions, One Show Gold, D&AD Pencils, Spikes (including two Grand Prix), and Gold Effie’s. He has also been named as one of the Top 100 most awarded creatives in the world by The Drum.
