Nikolaj Belzer

​I’m the CEO of OkayStudio, a creative post production company known for editorial, colour, and increasingly, VFX. We’re based in London with a satellite in Berlin, and work across commercials, brand campaigns, fashion & music, always with a strong eye on craft and culture.

​My focus is on strengthening our leadership team, making space for creative heads to shape their departments, and ensuring Okay remains a studio where top-tier talent can do their best work in a focused, collaborative environment.

​I began as a filmmaker and editor. Today, my role is to set direction, support people, and build a company that reflects the values we care about: creative excellence, collaboration, and trust.

​Over time, visual effects has become a core pillar of our creative offering. Alongside evolving workflows and automation, we’re shaping the leadership around these areas with an artist-first mindset.

​We operate between London and Berlin, and increasingly build creative partnerships across Europe and the US.​
