​Kat's passionate for her job and loves connecting people and ideas to achieve the best possible outcome. She's a highly awarded woman in the advertising industry- both nationally and internationally. She's a transformative change maker with a strong entrepreneurial sense.

​The work she has done has made her one of the most highly awarded marketeers in the country, with her name on Golden Lions, One Show Pencils, multiple Grands Prix from the Effie’s to Euro Best. The UK's Drum Magazine has voted Kat top 30 women under 30 in digital after she brought many brands onto Social Media platforms for the first time in the early 2010s by consulting on channel strategy, brand identity, voice and concepts. In 2021 she became second highest ranked producer globally, due to her proudest work so far: the discovery and naming of Eurythenes plasticus.
