Prior to co-founding Rick Barry with creative legend Alex Derwin, I was Chief Strategy Officer of The Monkeys (now Droga5) where we were crowned Effective Agency of the Year (Australia) in 2020, 2021, 2022 and the Strategy & Effectiveness Agency of the Year (APAC) in 2021, 2022, 2023. At Cannes we won the Grand Prix for Titanium in 2023 and Grand Prix for Film in 2024. We were the only agency globally to win three Global Grands and the Effies Worldwide 'Best of the Best' Awards.
Alex and I first teamed-up at BMF in 2016 to work on ALDI and created 'Good Different' which has been the most effective brand platform in Australian Effies history.
