Alina Mirzaeva

Alina is the Founder and CEO of Synthesis Agency, the leading creative agency in Uzbekistan and ranked among the Top 3 in Central Asia.
In 2022, she actively participated in the EBRD’s Women Entrepreneurs Program in Uzbekistan, where she also served as a mentor for eight months, supporting the growth and development of women-led businesses.

Beyond her leadership role, Alina is a frequent speaker at marketing and business education programs, where she shares her expertise with the next generation of professionals. She also serves as a juror for both local and international creative festivals, including TAF!, Baku Flames, the Gerety Awards, and the PHNX Awards.
