​Hello, I’m Alicia.

​I'm the Co-Founder and CEO of Hijinks. We're a creative collective of diverse thinkers and makers who believe in 'Positivity Through Creativity'. Together, we believe we can change the industry for the better, through the way that we work together and the work that we put out into the world.

​From media to creative tech to brand and advertising, I’ve worked with clients of all shapes and sizes, nurtured talent and built cultures in agencies both big and small.

​I couldn’t be more excited that we’re now setting our own path, doing things the way that we believe they should be done. We can’t wait to show the world how we work and what we can do.​
