Kir Skaletski

​Kir Skaletski is the CEO and founder of Tailormade, a studio that provides custom visual content solutions for clients across the globe. With over 20 years of experience in the visual effects and post-production industries, Kir has a proven track record of delivering high-quality and creative projects for various media platforms and genres.

​Kir has run the full line from a CG artist to a studio manager, working with renowned companies such as Asymmetric, Faust, Dobro, and Revolution. Under his leadership, Tailormade became a multi–Telly Award-winning studio, earning 2× GOLD at the 2025 Telly Awards for online commercials. Kir's core competencies include team and project management, customer development, and treatment writing. He leverages his deep understanding of the production and client process to make strategic decisions for Tailormade as both a creative platform and a team atmosphere.​
