Prior to joining Valtech, Lizzie spent eight years at WPP, two as managing director at Mirum Agency, and six years as head of client services at digital agency Possible, where she oversaw new business wins including Specsavers, Canon Europe and Mercedes Benz.

Jim Dyer, who reports to Lizzie Snell, joins as head of client leadership. Jim previously spent six years at Pulse Creative, the on-site communications agency for News UK, the first-ever on-site integrated agency, encompassing creative, planning, production and media for The Sun, The Times, talkTV, talkSport and Virgin Radio. Jim has a history of producing award-winning work, including a D&AD Pencil for The Times ‘Politics Tamed’, Creative Circle and DMA awards for The Times ‘Another Busy Year’ and The Sunday Times Rich List. Prior to Pulse Creative, Jim spent a decade at Proximity London where he worked across The Economist, John Lewis and BBC TV Licensing, picking up a DMA Grand Prix, Cannes Lions and two IPA Effectiveness awards.

At Wunderman Thompson, Jim is responsible for leading, crafting and developing the client leadership department whilst overseeing KitKat, Smarties and Quality Street, and The Coca Cola Company portfolio working with OpenX, the bespoke WPP unit responsible for the Coca Cola Company.

Pip Hulbert, UK CEO  at Wunderman Thompson said, “We’re thrilled to have Lizzie and Jim on board. They both bring huge passion for producing great work that gets the nation talking, proven expertise leading high performing teams and together I know will inspire our clients and people.”

Lizzie Snell said, “There has never been a more compelling time for clients to work with an integrated agency who offer a holistic approach to marketing, and there is no better in the UK than Wunderman Thompson. I am super excited to be returning back to WPP to work with Pip, and the incredibly talented team and be a future part of making joined up work that transform our clients’ businesses”

Jim Dyer said, “I’m delighted to join Wunderman Thompson. I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with WT talent for a number of years, and without exception they’re some of the best people I’ve worked with in this industry. Coupled with the sheer scale of capability we have here and it was a no-brainer for me to join the agency.”
