Stink has announced that Ramez ‘Mezzy’ Silyan has signed for commercial and music video representation across the UK and US markets, including Ireland, Amsterdam, and Canada.
Ramez Silyan brings the cultural weight of stardom to the screen with a striking visual language, working with names like Sydney Sweeney, Charli XCX, Post Malone, and Blackpink’s Rosé. As a writer-director with a background in music, he reimagines Americana through a poetic, sun-drenched lens, often placing global icons in dreamlike, cinematic worlds shot on film.
Ramez’s ability to craft character-driven stories speaks directly to youth and subcultural aesthetics, leading to branded collaborations with RIMOWA, Tiffany&co, Farfetch, UGG, and Ford, to name a few.
In recent years, Ramez has also expanded his narrative work. His music documentary Everybody’s Everything was praised for its intimate portrait of the late rapper Lil Peep. Premiering at SXSW, the film was executive produced by Terrence Malick. Ramez’s work has also been recognized by Camerimage, 1.4, Director’s Library, Kodak Awards, and more.
“For me, Stink has a reputation for being at the forefront of top-tier creative storytelling. Their dedication to keeping up with the ever-changing business while maintaining a talent-first approach is something that deeply resonates with me. I'm very excited to join the roster and to continue to develop as a director.” said Ramez Silyan, director, Stink.
Daniel Bergmann, president of Stink said, “Stink is honoured to sign Ramez. He is a unique filmmaker with a modern mind and a sort of old soul at the same time. We are excited about the journey we are embarking on”
Ben Davies, managing director, Stink US said, “Ramez has more than just undeniable talent — he has the ability to collaborate with and elevate relevant artists, bringing to life stories that resonate with the cultural zeitgeist. We’re thrilled to welcome him to Stink.”
