Independent agency Wpromote has been named to Ad Age’s 2025 'Best Places to Work' list, marking its eighth recognition for outstanding culture.
Ad Age Best Places to Work 2025 honours 50 companies that did a standout job over the past year as the ad business met with the challenges of an unsettled economy, changing media market and a continued tight talent pool.
“We’re incredibly proud of this win - because it’s based on the voices of our employees, not a jury of industry peers,” notes Wpromote chief people officer Marisa Yukich. “This win drives us to continue building a culture that energises us and fuels the passion for the work we do every day. We can only accelerate growth for our clients if our team is motivated, fulfilled, valued, and challenged.”
The winners - top companies with 150 or fewer employees and top companies with more than 151 employees - reflect the highest overall numerical scores based on an analysis of questionnaires submitted by employers and survey responses from their employees.
Ad Age’s annual program recognises 50 of the marketing industry’s best employers, scoring businesses based on employee responses about pay, benefits, and other core focus areas (80% of the score) and the actual policies and practices in place across areas like work/life balance, recruitment, training, and development (20% of the score).
“The companies on Ad Age’s 2025 Best Places to Work list have shown a deep commitment to building workplaces where employees truly want to be no small feat in today’s challenging labour market,” said Dan Peres, president of Ad Age. “Earning this recognition isn’t just a win for company culture; it also strengthens an organisation’s reputation, making it a more attractive place for top talent.”
