The international VENICE TV AWARD, supported by egta, IMZ, and ACT (Association of Commercial Television in Europe), continues its proud tradition of celebrating the finest television productions from around the world. Recognizing creativity, innovation, and impact across all platforms and continents, the award honours the transformative power of television.
With Gold Trophies and Nominees awarded in 19 categories, the VENICE TV AWARD serves as a global celebration of television excellence. Submissions are open to production companies, broadcasters, and online platforms, with a final deadline of June 30th.
This year’s jury brings together a prestigious panel of leading figures from across the global television industry. Representing a wide spectrum of broadcasters, production houses, and digital platforms, these respected professionals are entrusted with the vital task of evaluating the most compelling content created since January 2024.
Their combined expertise ensures a thorough and insightful selection process. With every decision, the jury not only honours outstanding television but also helps set a global benchmark for quality, storytelling, and innovation. Their choices reflect the evolving role of the medium as a powerful source of news, culture, and entertainment.
As Carlo Arturo Sigon, director and president of the Italian Directors Guild, notes, “It’s often a cliché in TV series, but every time I find something unusual, it’s like fresh air.”
This celebration of originality and daring creativity is the spirit that defines the VENICE TV AWARD.
