In our last roundup for 2021, a few festive films, emotional ads and explorations of art were on our radar, writes LBB’s Natasha Patel


Considering it's Christmas tomorrow, I for one have been loving the fact that this week has brought us a few last min festive films. French agency Orès gave us a taste of what would happen if Santa didn’t come from the sky, but the sea, for supermarket brand Auchan. While on the other side of the world, Naga DDB Tribal explored a Malaysian Christmas and what it means to be selfless in a spot for the country’s mobile brand Digi.

It’s not all festive wonders this week, as Duolingo celebrated season two of Netflix’s Emily in Paris with a group of Emilys from Paris encouraging us to learn French. And elsewhere, DDB Mudra and McDonald’s India showed us how being inclusive through little gestures can go a long way in helping others.
