Agency adds executive director of business development Josh Mooney and executive producer Matteo J. Mosterts

Expanding on its creative talent, Infosys-owned creative agency WONGDOODY has made two additions to its LA office with executive director of business development Josh Mooney and executive producer Matteo J. Mosterts.

Mooney arrives from his role as VP of client solutions at Leviathan, having worked with some of the biggest brands in the areas of digital marketing, web and mobile development, e-commerce, and experiential. Since 2014, Josh has helped GM, Subaru, Audi, McDonald's, and Verizon create powerful customer experiences combining cinematic content, transformative architecture, reactive surfaces, mobile applications, and virtual/augmented/mixed reality to engage customers and partners.

Prior to that, Josh spent eleven years as a Chief Marketing Officer at JUXT Interactive, a pioneer in digital marketing that created groundbreaking programs for Coca-Cola, Cisco, Toyota, Target, and Adobe. Josh's work at JUXT garnered numerous awards, including two Webby Awards, a Cannes CyberLion, and a Bronze Pencil.

Mooney comments: “I’m excited for the opportunity, and the challenge, of working with both WONGDOODY and Infosys, helping each team find the best ways to impact their clients’ businesses and shift the way the industry works.”

Mosterts joins WONGDOODY from an agency background that spans Omelet, Innocean, and Mullenlowe, where he’s produced broadcast and integrated content for a wide range of global brands including Microsoft, Hyundai, Ubisoft, AT&T, Walmart, and more. He’s been a part of everything from multi-million dollar TV campaigns, to quick turnaround digital videos, to award-winning short films.

“Two things made me want to come to WONGDOODY: the people and the opportunity to shape the company’s outlook on production,” Mosterts explains. “WONGDOODY’s disruptive culture resonated with me, and as a producer and a filmmaker, I see a chance to foster a maker-minded creative environment aimed at finding ways to bring great ideas to life.”

Skyler Mattson, president of WONGDOODY, adds: “We’re lucky to bring in two people who naturally fit with both our culture and our needs. There are huge, transformative business opportunities for our clients in the marriage of global tech and creative agency models, and Josh and Matteo each add new dimensions that poise us to make the most of the opportunities.”
