Consumer champion Which? welcomes Neverland as its new creative agency to help bring to life its mission to make life simpler, fairer and safer for UK consumers.
Under the appointment, Neverland will be responsible for handling all the brand campaign activity across ATL and digital channels, and will support Which? in asserting its distinctive and powerful purpose as an impartial, not-for-profit, consumer rights organisation.
New work will begin rolling out in September, with Neverland working closely with the consumer champion’s media agencies Goodstuff and Brainlabs on a campaign that will include a new creative platform.
Last year, the consumer champion underwent a significant brand refresh to re-establish itself as the home for everyday advice for UK consumers.
Neverland's appointment is the latest in a long line of big wins for the agency, picking up work for brands including Innocent and Rightmove.
Kat Chinnock, head of brand and communication planning at Which?, said, "Which? really is one of a kind, a trusted brand with an incredible and proven purpose at the heart of our organisation - making life simpler, fairer and safer for everyone.”
“We're excited to be working with Neverland to help land Which? in the hearts and minds of UK consumers at a time when we've never been needed more.”
“Neverland is the perfect partner for us. The team brings exceptional creative strategy and execution, a brilliant portfolio of work and a real passion to assert the Which? brand.”
Jon Forysth, co-founder and CCO at Neverland, said, “Which? has never been a more relevant and needed consumer champion. We’ll be throwing everything, including the - top tested and rated – kitchen sink at this opportunity.”
Neverland was appointed following a competitive pitch including agencies The Gate and Fold 7.
