This summer, due to self-isolation, quarantine and an unfavourable epidemiological situation in the world, many music festivals were canceled or postponed indefinitely. To support the global festival movement, the organisers of the Russian festival Ural Music Night, for the first time in history, united 11 music festivals to surprise the whole world. The most unexpected music project of this year starts on 30th August at 2pm (GMT) on the
website.
It will start with a five-hour online concert Ural Music Night (Russia) and musical greetings from Blue Bird (Austria), Busan Rock Festival (South Korea), International Music Showcase Festival (Israel), Lagos International Jazz Festival (Nigeria), Le guess who? (Netherlands), Pohoda Festival (Slovakia), Stereoleto (Russia), Summer Sound festival (Latvia), Terminal music and arts festival (Serbia), V-ROX (Russia).
ANTYfest is a real surprise for all viewers, the format of the project and broadcast are unusual; the organisers promise a new virtual experience and full immersion. For the first time, everything will be held on a macro scale and with specially invited guests-ants, who will help all spectators to feel like a part of the festival and completely immerse themselves in the festival atmosphere with dancing, slam and a jubilant audience.
At 7pm (GMT), the full launch of the ANTYFest project will take place, and on the site you can walk through the mini-scenes of all the festivals presented, consider the behaviour of spectator ants, listen to your favourite music and get closer to each other during this difficult time.
