Anton takes over from James Honda-Pinder who will be relocating to Tokyo in October for a newly created role within the network as head of growth APAC.
Anton is a creative and communications strategy leader with 20 years of experience working both agency and client side across APAC, the UK, and most recently, the Middle East. He returns to Singapore after a stint leading strategy at Impact BBDO in Dubai.
Throughout his career, Anton has worked at Netflix, leading regional partner marketing creative for APAC and at Google as the head of creative agency partnerships for the region. He has also worked at agencies including BBH, JWT and Ogilvy to lead and deliver creative strategies for clients such as Nestle, Coca-Cola, Lux, Singapore Tourism Board and more. While working in Jakarta, he was also the chairperson of the Account Planning Group (APG) in Indonesia.
We Are Social Singapore has a team of 80 people and works with brands including Samsung Mobile, HBO, UOB and TikTok. It is highly regarded for its innovation expertise, from virtual influencer creation to social-first production capabilities, and its development of AI and XR (extended reality) products for We Are Social’s global future strategy and innovation arm .XYZ.
