Global technology, marketing and sourcing company, tms, has appointed Preet Michelson as chief people officer.
As the newest member of tms’ Global Leadership Team, Michelson will join the company on December 18th, reporting directly to tms president Mark Landolt.
In her new role, Preet will lead tms’ global people strategy. She will also oversee the company’s global talent acquisition, development, and retention programs, focusing on employee engagement.
Preet has a proven track record of leading diverse teams to new levels of success at businesses across a variety of sectors.
Prior to joining tms, she worked as VP human resources at CVS Health, where she was responsible for driving multiple strategic initiatives, such as improving employee engagement and experience, and launching company-wide talent management and leadership development systems.
During her career, she has also held senior human resources roles at companies including United Airlines, Molson Coors, and PepsiCo.
Preet will be based out of tms’ Chicago office.
