Thinkingbox, the experience agency shaping the future of brands through craft and curiosity, has announced the promotion of David Palmer to executive creative director (ECD).
In his new role, David will lead the creative vision across Thinkingbox’s global network, overseeing creative teams and driving innovation across key accounts, including Adobe, Chobani, Intuit, and Riot Games. A member of the executive team, David will report to CEO Amir Sahba.

David joined Thinkingbox four years ago as creative director. After two years leading projects in New York City as group creative director, where he guided the creative team to deliver some of the strongest work in the agency’s history. Notably, under his leadership, Thinkingbox achieved unprecedented growth in creative services for its hero clients, driving innovative campaigns recognised across XM, digital, and design award circuits.
In his role as ECD, David will focus on expanding Thinkingbox’s creative excellence while championing the development of emerging talent. He will spearhead initiatives like a year-round internship program and the onboarding of junior creative professionals, ensuring the agency continues to attract and nurture the next generation of creative leaders.
