The World Luxury Awards 2022 announced the winners of its global creative awards, which recognise the best creativity in advertising for premium brands.
The World Luxury Award results show that luxury brands often succeed in setting themselves apart from their competitors by creating a layer of mystery or conveying their brand elements in a special way by combining them with art.
Among the 2022 winners outstanding communication work for Hérmes, Rolls Royce, Louis Vuitton, Canali, Cartier, Ritz Carlton, Montblanc, The Macallan and CRN Yachts.
Gold went to the 'Hermès Twist Your Silk' project by Look Inc. Inspired by surrealism and film, the still image and video campaign shows the Hermès man from every unexpected angle as he moves through the landscape with ease.
Also winning in the Fashion & Style category was the commercial for French luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton 'Holiday House ', an enchanting Christmas spot directed by Augustus Punch and creatively directed by Roman Coppola.
Gold was also awarded to Spring Studios' Canali SS23 campaign, inspired by the beauty and purity of Liguria, where relaxation and elegance go hand in hand and 100% Made in Italy is celebrated.
In the Cars category, the winner was 'The Gunslinger' commercial by Valkyr Productions, featuring a Rolls-Royce Cullinan as the hero in a short western.
Cartier won in the Jewellery & Watches Digital Media Award category for Cartier Ballon Bleu. A 360 photo and video campaign inspired by curves - the spherical shapes in nature and the curves of Cartier's Ballon Bleu statement watch.
This 14h annual competition granted 15 Gold Trophies for outstanding creativity, contributing to build premium brands.
Most Successful Agency 2022: Look Inc, New York. The agency earned two Gold.
