Crystal Chou is stepping into the role of group media director, bringing with her a proven track record in media strategy and planning. With her extensive leadership experience and data-driven approach, Crystal is expected to be a vital contributor to the team. Reporting directly to Davis, she will leverage her knowledge to shape the agency's strategic direction and strengthen its competitive advantage.
Crystal Chou joins The Many as group media director, equipped with a wealth of experience as an executive level media strategist. With wide-ranging category experience from Entertainment to FinTech and mastery of various strategic tools, she's demonstrated remarkable proficiency in shaping both branding and performance campaigns. Previously as director, business solutions at Horizon Media, Crystal guided cross-channel media strategies, contributing to significant achievements like the world’s most valuable beer brand. Crystal brings an unwavering commitment to inclusivity, exemplified by her role as co-lead for the AAPI Employee Resource Group and her work emphasising cultural representation in media. In her new position at The Many, Crystal is set to continue leveraging her strategic insight, dedication to diversity, and innovative mentorship under the guidance of Davis Jones.
Reporting to Crystal Chou as media director at The Many, Amanda Grant draws from her deep digital media expertise spanning over a decade. She's developed successful advertising campaigns for top brands like Best Buy, Walmart, and Transitions while working with high-profile agencies. As one of their media team leads, she also increased viewership for OWN’s leading series by 5% YoY. Her media capabilities extend across omnichannel marketing, strategic planning, and market research, driving $1.5M in client net revenue within a year at Wisdom Gaming. She's demonstrated impressive budget management skills during her tenure at Zimmerman Advertising and Collegis Education, where she steered efficient paid media strategies. From her early career achievements as a performance engineer for digital marketing at Thomson Reuters to being a cheerleader for the Minnesota Vikings, Amanda’s broad experience continues to fuel her strategic prowess and commitment to diversity at The Many.
Alex Huang joins Crystal’s team as The Many’s digital director, bringing nine years of diverse marketing experience. He has a proven track record in managing startup and established brands like Amazon, Blizzard, and Upwork. Recently, Alex played a crucial role in Meta's successful rebranding and the launch of the Metaverse. Previously, he demonstrated his marketing acumen at Facebook, Sender, M&C Saatchi Performance, and Liquid Advertising, focusing on performance marketing, change management, and customer retention. His ability to analyse and leverage data for customer acquisition further strengthens his competencies. As a part of The Many, Alex will be instrumental in guiding its digital strategy.
