The renowned Golden Award of Montreux is officially open for submissions, welcoming entries from agencies, advertisers, and production companies worldwide. This global competition recognises outstanding achievements in advertising and marketing communications, with categories including Media, Digital, Print, Outdoor, Film, Event, and Corporate Film.
Campaigns used since January 1st, 2024, are eligible for entry. Last year, the competition awarded 42 Gold Medals, with standout winners such as Serviceplan Germany’s commercial The Kids as its prestigious Ad of the Year. this year. In addition to the individual accolades, the Golden Award of Montreux also recognises outstanding agencies and networks, with BETC Paris crowned Agency of the Year for 2024, and Havas emerging as the Network of the Year.
Since its establishment in 1989, the Golden Award of Montreux has been regarded as the first major international competition to honour excellence in advertising, media, digital content, and events. Considered a renowned recognition in the industry, the award celebrates the finest creative work from the past year.
The submission deadline is March 14th, and entries can be submitted via the official entry portal.
Montreux Talent Award: Spotlighting Emerging Creatives
In addition to the Golden Award, the Montreux Talent Award offers a global platform for students and young professionals working on innovative projects in advertising, e-content, and design. Launched in partnership with Swiss Media, this category aims to highlight emerging talents and connect them with industry leaders. Winning the Talent Award serves as a powerful springboard for creative professionals to showcase their work to a global audience.
Global Recognition and Expert Evaluation
Winners receive international exposure through press releases, publicity campaigns, and online platforms such as adforum.com. Their work is also featured in the official showcase section of the award's website, gaining visibility among industry experts and potential collaborators.
The jury is the heart of the Golden Award of Montreux, comprising high-profile professionals from 20 countries. Their diverse expertise ensures a balanced and high-quality evaluation process. Notable jury members include: Frank Bodin, former president, Art Directors Club Switzerland; Symonne Torpy, head of cross-channel conception, BETC Etoile Rouge; Joseph Dubruque, associate creative director, McCANN Paris; Jeannette Liendo, head of corporate marketing, Siemens Healthineers; Adam Kerj, chief creative officer, Accenture Interactive Nordics; Mayara Schmidt, senior art director, McCann, New York City.
