The Beyond Collective Appoints Dan Southern to Lead Frontier

The Beyond Collective has announced Dan Southern as the new managing director for its strategic growth consultancy, Frontier. Dan succeeds Tom Bedwell and David Frymann who continue to work on a consultancy basis for a select number of Frontier clients.

Dan joins Frontier in April with a remit to widen the consultancy’s capabilities and to drive a new phase of growth. He was previously a managing partner, at Contagious where he led its Advisory team, working across a range of clients, including AB InBev, Bayer Consumer Health, KraftHeinz, Mondelez International, Arla and Unilever. Dan will report to Zaid Al-Zaidy, CEO of The Beyond Collective.
