TBWA\ Singapore art director Nuno Teixeira, together with copywriter James Holman have clinched first place in the print category of the prestigious Mediacorp Young Creatives Competition.
Over 20 teams were given 48 hours to create and conceptualize a mock print ad for independent NGO, Mercy Relief. Teixeira and Holman emerged the clear winners and will represent Singapore in this year’s Cannes Young Lions Awards in June.
This will be Teixeira’s second time participating in the world-renowned international festival. He won the coveted Young Lions (Print category) at Cannes in 2009, representing Portugal then.
The winning team will also represent Singapore at the Young Spikes Integrated Competition at Spikes Asia 2012.
