TBWA\Group Canada has hired leading creative, Adam Reeves, as chief creative officer across both Juniper Park\TBWA and DDB Canada - marking a new age of creativity for the group. Adam will join a newly-minted, group-wide, leadership team under CEO, Eve Rémillard-Larose, who  was appointed early in 2023.

Adam has built his career in the USA with creative leadership positions at R/GA and Goodby Silverstein and is excited to return home to Canada. His work has been recognised with numerous Cannes Lions, Effies, and Webby awards, as well as a Grammy, an Emmy nomination, and has twice been included in the permanent collection of the MOMA.

Having written and creative directed iconic campaigns like the NBA’s holiday classic 'Jingle Hoops', the ground-breaking VR project 'Dreams of Dali’, Adobe Photoshop’s 25th Anniversary 'Dream On', limited edition Doritos Rainbows, HBO’s multi-award winning 'Imagine', and multiple Superbowl commercials for Pepsi, Adam will bring a new perspective and energy to TBWA\Group Canada’s creative teams.

“This role provided a once in a lifetime opportunity to dramatically influence the future of two iconic creative brands – DDB Canada and Juniper Park\TBWA. Canada is a hotbed of creativity and the dynamic between independent agencies and network agencies has shifted over the last 10 years. I’m excited to design the new era for network creativity in Canada.” says Adam.

“Adam brings the type of experience that will enable us to bring brands to life across the consumer journey and make an impact on culture,” says Eve Rémillard-Larose, CEO TBWA\Group Canada.

“I knew when I met Adam that we had completed our team. His commitment to creativity is only matched by his commitment to enjoying the process. You can feel it in his work and in his approach to making it.” says Des Jones, CSO TBWA\Group Canada.

TBWA\Group Canada also added Lauren Gomes as VP, business operations to its ranks. “Lauren  thoroughly understands that creativity is everyone’s job. She is excellent at defining and implementing  operational plans that support creativity.” says Eve.

“In my position, I get to strengthen our potential to offer integrated solutions for both agencies that will  drive growth for our clients and our people. Most importantly, it will allow our employees to focus on developing the best work of their careers.” says Lauren.

A year into her role as CEO, Eve strongly believes that each brand in the group has a  distinct positioning and significant momentum, including Quebec-affiliate Agency Tam Tam\TBWA. Just this year, the agencies added more than 10 clients to their rosters including oxio, Mother Parkers Tea and Coffee, Saje, and Rohit Group.

“Having spent most of my career in independent agencies, I feel privileged to be part of these two iconic global creative brands. The wealth of industry-specific thought leadership, the depth of cultural insights and trends, as well as the investment in innovation on offer, is truly mind blowing. Our intent is to combine these global resources and Canadian creativity to connect with Canadian culture and create exponential growth for Canadian brands”, says Eve.
