Creative and innovation agency Five by Five today announces its new role as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) partner for Sushi Daily. Part of Asian food company KellyDeli, Sushi Daily is the top sushi operator in Europe, with over 1,000 kiosks serving fresh, handmade sushi in supermarket stores each day.
In the competitive pitch, Sushi Daily presented Five by Five with the brief to leverage its loyalty programme to deliver commercial value and supercharge its growth agenda. Over the two month long process, Five by Five drew from its wealth of experience working on loyalty and CRM projects for clients across several sectors. For their pitch-winning presentation, they outlined a clear strategy for Sushi Daily to develop its loyalty proposition with a strong focus on customer experience.
The multi-channel rewards proposition will be launched nationwide in the summer following a successful loyalty trial which is currently in progress, and will be rolled out to further global markets later in the year. Providing value and a great user experience for consumers will be key aspects of the design to ensure it delivers for both customers and Sushi Daily franchisee kiosk owners.
