Integrated marketing and communications agency HYC Merge has promoted Stephanie Rogers to the role of executive vice president, Contact Planning, CEO Ron Bess announced today. Her new position includes overseeingthe media and analytics staff at the agency, shaping the contact planning offering across all offices, and contributing to the strategic direction of HYC Merge clients such as Great-West Financial, Harley-Davidson, Dr Pepper SnappleGroup, James Hardie, Marco’s Pizza, Bakers Square, MB Financial and IU Health.She maintains her role as EVP, Contact Planning, at HYC Merge sister agency Partners & Simons in Boston.
Rogers has more than 20 years of digital marketing strategy and media experience, having spent the past 10 years at Partners & Simons leading digital strategy, technology, media and analytics. In 2007, she pioneered the contact planning service offering for the agency, a new way of thinking about media that combines audience insights, media planning and buying,measurement and analytics to optimize every point of contact between consumers and a brand.
Previously, Rogers held leadership and relationship-management positions at Hill Holliday, Digitas, and One to One Interactive while workingwith clients such as Liberty Mutual Insurance, CVS/pharmacy, General Motors,Nextel and GlaxoSmithKline.
