St Luke’s Hires Pete Mould as First Head of Art and Design

St Luke’s, the London-based, independent advertising agency, has hired Pete Mould as head of art and design, in a newly created role. It is the first time that the agency introduced the position and is part of the restructure to drive growth and to continue to improve the agency’s creative output. The move follows a period of significant new business wins over the last few years.

Pete has been freelancing at the agency over the last year and works across St. Luke’s portfolio of clients which includes Heathrow, Ocado, Butterkist, Dole, South Western Railway, HEINEKEN and Diageo.

Previously Pete has held positions at DDB, Adam & Eve DDB and most recently Atomic. He has worked across iconic brands including Harvey Nichols, Volkswagen, Marmite, London Transport, Lurpak, John Smiths and Royal Opera House, picking up multiple awards along the way as a typographer, Illustrator, photographer, designer and an art director.

Pete’s hiring comes on the back of a successful few years for St Luke’s, including topping the Campaign/AAR conversion table at the beginning of 2022 and a strong raft of pitch wins which includes Heathrow Airport, South Western Railway and Totally Money. The agency has also seen recent success creatively with its #gograbtheButterkist campaign, picking up Gold at Campaign Big and Creative Circle and through its Dole Malnutrition Labels work.

St Luke’s was shortlisted for both UK and Global Independent Agency of the Year 2022, has been named a Campaign Best Place to Work for the last six years and awarded IPA CPD Platinum for the third year.
