St. John Hires Austin Mahler as Director of Client Services

Marketing agency St. John has hired Austin Mahler as VP, director of client services.

Mahler will oversee all client relationships, supporting all account teams in their efforts to identify and satisfy client opportunities for growth. She will also contribute as a member of the agency’s planning and operations teams.

Mahler brings 15+ years of experience, most recently at Huge as VP, client services at Huge, Inc. in Brooklyn, NY, where she led a portfolio of clients that included Anheuser-Busch, Bain Capital, NBC News, Ralph Lauren and Vanguard.

Prior to Huge, she was VP, client partnership and general manager at ROKKAN’s New York headquarters before moving to Los Angeles to open the agency’s West Coast office.

Mahler also gained experience as Management Supervisor at R/GA, account supervisor at kbs and account manager at The Robin Shepherd Group.

As most clients face greater competition and a wider array of potential marketing resources, Mahler is passionate about working with client and agency teams to create a high level of partnership and intent to capitalize on business outcomes.

A native of Jacksonville, she returned to her hometown a little over a year ago with her husband and two children.
