Michelle Walsh is a creative director at Leo Burnett, Melbourne.
Michelle
has worked as a creative in the advertising industry for a total of 18
years. Over half that time has been spent with the Publicis Groupe. She
first walked through the Publicis doors as a freelancer, honing her
direct marketing skills with the team at Publicis Dialog. She was soon
promoted to head of copy (DM), before Dialog and Mojo combined to become
Publicis Mojo.
In December 2010, as a result
of her success right across the client portfolio, Michelle was promoted
to creative director of the Melbourne agency.
Throughout
her career she has produced award-winning work for clients including
Nike, Toyota, Nestle Peters, Cadbury, Tourism Victoria and Australia
Post, in channels ranging from TV and radio to direct response mail and
digital. She's also worked on brands such as James Boag, Nescafe,
Coca-Cola, Trading Post and Honda, to name a few. She was responsible
for writing the majority of the popular and highly successful Toyota AFL
Legendary Moments commercials.

Regardless
of brand and the size of the job, she always strives to produce
communications that are grounded in an insightful human truth. Because
for her, creating something that really resonates with people and truly
moves them - whether it makes them laugh, cry or share - that's the
ultimate.
