Solve Names Three New Partners
Solve has elevated three senior employees to Partners, a new position within the five-year old Minneapolis-based agency. The new Partners are Kara Brower, Ryan Murray and Roman Paluta.
Kara Brower, Director of Project Management, joined Solve a year ago and has brought structure, focus and process enhancements to help the agency better handle a high volume and variety of projects. Kara has 15 years of experience working at large and small companies on a range of projects spanning vast deliverables, platforms and technologies.
Ryan Murray, Account Director, has run some of the agency’s largest accounts with a powerful balance of uncompromising strategy and creativity. Ryan worked at Fallon Worldwide in Minneapolis and spent time in the Los Angeles film industry before coming to Solve four years ago.
Roman Paluta, Director of Business Development, has helped Solve more than triple in size and be recognised twice by AdAge as “Small Agency of the Year” since joining in 2013. Prior to Solve, Roman held senior positions at Leo Burnett in Chicago, Carmichael Lynch in Minneapolis and Bailey Lauerman in Omaha.
“As we continue to grow, it’s critical our leadership core has a strong and broad enough foundation to push our organisation, work and culture. We’re at the size now where we need a few more hands on the wheel," said John Colasanti, Solve CEO. “Each of these individuals has played an important role in our success, and adding them to our management team will enable them to contribute even more to shaping our organisation and ensuring the success of our clients,” Colasanti added.
Colasanti founded the agency in late 2011 along with Corey Johnson, President, Hans Hansen, Executive Creative Director and Eric Sorensen, Executive Creative Director. There are currently 52 Solve employees working across brands including Porsche, True Value, Président and Galbani Cheese, American Standard, The V Foundation, Founders Brewing and Radisson Hotels.
