Celebrated Trailblazers include Profitero’s Sarah Hofstetter, Delta’s Alicia Tillman, and Haleon’s Katie Williams

In pursuit of its mission to pave the way for more women to lead at all levels of marketing, media and tech, She Runs It routinely shines a spotlight on transformational leaders who set the pace for the industry, including an annual salute to three executives who best embody the fearless spirit of the organization: Women of the Year, now in its 62nd year. The 2025 award recipients are: Sarah Hofstetter, president of Profitero and Campbell Soup Board Member; Alicia Tillman, chief marketing officer, Delta Air Lines; and Katie Williams, US chief marketing officer, Haleon.

Winners are selected from dozens of nominations and are chosen because they lift and champion others while driving growth and innovation for their companies.

“She Runs It exists to pave the way for more women to lead at every level of their careers in our industry, and these women exemplify that mission,” said Lynn Branigan, president and CEO of She Runs It. “They have done as much for their companies as they have for their communities, their teams, and the industry, always leading with empathy, challenging the status quo, pursuing smart business practices, and serving as mentors and role models for those around them. The awards event is an amazing lesson in leadership for everyone who attends because these winners share their insights, experiences, and strategies for achieving success.”

Sarah Hofstetter

Sarah’s career has been built on serial successes driving transformative growth and shareholder value in disruptive environments, notably search, social & commerce. Currently president of Profitero, she doubled the company since 2020, earning trust from major global brands like Kimberly-Clark and Colgate-Palmolive, ultimately selling to Publicis in 2022. Before Profitero, she spent over a decade at 360i, rising to CEO and scaling the agency more than 30x while earning Ad Age Top 10 recognition every year of her tenure. She serves on the board of directors at Campbell Soup Company and co-hosts Adweek’s Brave Commerce Podcast. Dedicated to supporting others, Sarah co-founded EVE, a thriving community of dozens of women in eCommerce, providing mentorship, events, and resources to help them advance professionally. Passionate about her Jewish identity, Sarah is a bold advocate for embracing faith as a source of strength in the workplace, delivering keynote talks at global conferences.
