Rebrand reflects its inclusive approach to PR and storytelling

CJC Insights, an award-winning consultancy and strategic communications agency, has unveiled a new brand identity and website, marking a significant milestone since its inception in 2018. The PR Net 100 multi-year awardee has always been driven by its mission to “make space for all people and all stories.” This rebrand reflects CJC Insights’ unwavering commitment to that purpose while showcasing the evolution of its work in helping diverse voices be heard and leveraging the power of communications and PR to help them scale.

“This has been a long time coming. While we’ve been busy building the business and supporting our incredible clients, we realized the need to explain our services and what we are capable of doing,” said Chanel Cathey, founder and CEO of CJC Insights. “We want people to know us, our core values, and the impact we’re making. Our new identity sharpens that focus – positioning us more clearly as an agency dedicated to amplifying voices and industry leaders that need to be heard, from start-ups and non-profits to venture capital firms and venture-backed companies.”

To bring this vision to life, CJC Insights partnered with creative talents including Justin McElderry, who led the design, logo, and website. Vicky Garcia, CJC Insights’ social strategy lead, was responsible for developing the agency’s new sizzle video. This collaborative effort has been instrumental in shaping the look and feel of the new brand and captures the heart of what CJC Insights always stood for: collaboration, equity, access, impact, authenticity, and empathy.

Chanel continued, “These values shape everything we do. We wanted our visual identity to reflect these principles. The typography is modern yet approachable, symbolizing our confidence. Our colour palette blends strong hues with subtle warmth, representing our commitment to creativity and human connection.”

Ultimately, the fresh look aims to communicate a sense of clarity and purpose. A recipient of the prestigious ADCOLOR Change Agent Award, Cathey is renowned for understanding the journeys of underrepresented founders and start-ups, crafting powerful messaging and developing growth strategies that move mission-driven brands forward.
