Send a Card to a Stranger to Fight Loneliness During the Pandemic

Sent to Strangers and is a set of three card designs to send well wishes to some of the most vulnerable and lonely in these strange times. 

Created by Laura Clark, the purpose of the project is to let people know they're not alone and give them hope that whilst now is a hard time it will get better. Working with Age UK, Laura has distributed 145 cards to people that they deem to be most vulnerable. She’s now making the three designed cards available for anyone and everyone to send a card to a stranger. 

Laura explains how it works: “Go to the Dropbox here, download the PSD file or PDF, pick one of the three designs, write your own message, print and fold, use Google maps to randomly select an address, send your card to a stranger knowing you'll be putting a smile on their face. Then all I ask is that if people can spare a few pennies they donate to Age UK so they can continue their work for the most vulnerable.”
