MacEachern’s deep curiosity, unconventional thinking and experience working on both the brand- and agency-side make him well-suited to the new role at the rapidly-growing digital creative agency Swift.

In nearly two decades at Nike, MacEachern established a sports marketing department for non-traditional sports; spearheaded new business opportunities spanning product, professional sports teams and athletes; and initiated the LiveSTRONG Foundation, product collection and iconic yellow wristband. With LiveSTRONG, MacEachern galvanised a global philanthropic movement and support system while establishing a successful business. The work his team created received Cannes Gold Cyber Lion and Webby awards in 2010.
Recently, MacEachern oversaw the growth of existing and new accounts and client strategy as Managing Director for a Portland, Ore., brand marketing and design agency. He is a skilled public speaker, and is credited with leading and motivating teams to success.
