As Diamond continues to grow and transform while welcoming new clients and top talent from across the industry, Sandra Moretti has joined the team, leading the charge for its integrated strategic offering as the SVP of strategy.

Sandra is a proven leader in brand strategy, known for her innovative approach to problem-solving and business growth. With almost two decades of experience spanning Canadian agencies such as John St. and DDB, she has also held roles at TD Bank and helped build pioneering global brands in the legal cannabis industry at Canopy Growth. Her career has touched multiple sectors, including consumer packaged goods (CPG), quick-service restaurants (QSR), retail, and more, providing her with deep expertise in brand and product creation, communication planning, and brand storytelling. Specialising in creative strategy and workshop design, Sandra's strategic foresight and ability to harness disruptive insights have driven revenue growth and captured the hearts of consumers across various industries.

With a passion for agency transformation, Sandra will not only play a key role as a driving force to evolve not only Diamond’s client’s brand and campaign strategies but the agency itself.

“The last couple of years I have been watching the moves Diamond has been making knowing something good is brewing,” said Sandra. “With my varied background and experience, the chance to oversee a strong strategic department that encompasses not only brand but communication, digital, social, influencer and sponsorship strategy expertise is an opportunity that was too good to pass up.”

Officially joining the Diamond family as of April 29, Sandra will be an important force in continuing to progress the agency forward under the strategic leadership of CSO, Lori Davison.

“Sandra was the first person I called about this position,” said Lori. “Her breadth of strategic leadership experience on both client and agency-side, spanning brand, through digital, through product development- really fits with the idea-lead integrated offering we have built at Diamond.”

As Diamond continues to bring in top talent, the agency remains focused on delivering for their clients like TD, Toronto Zoo, Molson and Pizza Hut, among others, while also welcoming new clients through the door including the recent Humber River Hospital Foundation appointment.
