Garrard & Co. Limited has partnered with Accomplice London to launch their newest collection of high jewellery, Couture. The campaign features four unique settings where a regal character rules the moment, wearing jewellery pieces that empower her every move. Showcasing the collections across digital media, print, website, and in-store this is luxury fashion with a very Royal twist.
The Rule campaign will go live towards the end of this week across Garrard’s website and social media, and the paid campaign will also run in the Middle East starting this week, and the UK and USA beginning in May.
Sara Prentice, creative director at Garrard, said, “Showcasing a dynamic and bold mix of colours, stones and silhouettes, these jewels are incredibly pleasurable to wear, just like a couture dress; a perfect way for women of great character and confidence to express themselves.”
Julia Taylor, creative director at Accomplice London, said, “This was a dream brief from Garrard who were keen to showcase their high jewellery ‘Couture’ collections. Balancing the brand’s Royal heritage with fashion editorial sassiness, our ‘Rule’ campaign lives in a beautifully luxurious world and speaks to modern women ruling the moment with attitude.”
Patricia Cerda-Lietaer, CMO at Garrard, said, “Couture is an incredibly special moment for Garrard, encompassing an exciting new direction for the house. We wanted the RULE campaign to feel empowering to the wearer, encouraging them to make a statement with their jewellery, while still staying true to the rich legacy and heritage of Garrard.”
Rule speaks to the fact that Garrard is no stranger to royalty. For almost 300 years, Garrard has adorned many royals as they were crowned the first official British Crown Jeweller in 1843, crafting jewellery for Queen Mary’s consort crown to Princess Diana’s engagement ring, and more.
Taking a contemporary twist on royalty, the work was shot at the Knebworth House, a luxurious historical Tudor home and gardens, and stars model Anjali Torvi alongside her eccentric entourage of horses and rabbits.
