Brands flock with Tweets and tactical ads as baby mania takes over

 

Nine months of waiting is over and brands finally get the chance to launch their congratulatory ads and Tweets. Here's a selection.

 

Private Eye stirs things up with its front page. 

 

 

Coca-Cola sends well-wishes with #shareacoke campaign extension.

 

 

Shake Shack, the US burger chain which recently opened in London, takes to Facebook.

 

 

Warburtons bid congratulations from one family to another in this print, created by WCRS. 

 

 

There's a double-whammy from The Sun newspaper, as they carry out a front page name-change and launch a Grey London-created print ad.  

 

 

 

Also by Grey London, The Times & The Sunday Times replace the traditional stork with that most royal of birds, the swan. 

 

 

For Carling, Creature of London created the perfect bedroom for the latest addition to the royal family - there is one slight mishap, though. 

 

 

LEGO used Facebook to give their prediction of what the newborn baby will look like. 

 

 

A little young for a double shot caramel macchiato, maybe, but Starbucks welcomed the new prince with this rather lovely Tweet. 

 

 

Will the British sunshine hold up long enough for a celebratory, ice cream toast? Magnum sure hope so.
