R/GA has recently added three strategy leaders in New York.
Felicia Zhang (pictured) joins as executive strategy director. Most recently she was VP, strategy at 360i, leading the OREO, MINI and Nestle businesses. Previously, she was at Nike, focusing on consumer knowledge and membership for Nike Women, and a strategy director at AKQA before that. In her new role, she’ll be working with clients including Mailchimp, Lego and ESPN.
Esther Ahn joins as group strategy director. Previously she was a group strategy director at Droga5, leading their Google, Audible and Prudential business. Prior to Droga5, she led global digital experience for Mastercard at McCann as VP, strategy director. She has an integrated strategy and product innovation background, including teaching business design and mentoring education tech startups at the Parsons School of Design.
Rachael Stets joins as strategy director to work on R/GA’s flagship Verizon account. Most recently, Rachael led digital strategy for Volkswagen, Target and Taco Bell at Deutsch LA. Previously, she worked across digital, social and CRM campaigns for Mattel, Bank of America and Toyota at RAPP LA.
R/GA New York will benefit from Felicia, Esther and Rachael’s impressive brand pedigrees and their proven story-and-system thinking. The leadership of these high-impact strategists will prove critical as R/GA continues to grow its strategy practice and work further upstream in 2019.
