Intuit Inc., the global financial technology platform that makes Intuit TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, has named R/GA the new creative agency for TurboTax. R/GA will create a fresh, new brand campaign that aims to increase brand affinity and adoption of the TurboTax portfolio, including TurboTax Live Full Service, which eliminates the work and worry of tax time and gives customers total confidence their taxes are done right and they are getting every dollar they deserve.
"For many Americans, tax season is the one time a year they see their lives through a financial lens, which underscores the importance of work that is rooted in human truth and culture. We are thrilled to embark on a groundbreaking partnership with TurboTax, and look forward to harnessing our collective expertise to reshape the tax experience and help taxpayers get every dollar they deserve,” said Shannon Washington, chief creative officer, connected communications, US at R/GA.
The campaign will be brought to life through a comprehensive 360 approach, incorporating TV, digital, audio, social media, sponsorships, and non-traditional activations with work slated to launch in 2024.
“R/GA showed real passion for our business, including a data and insights-based approach to creative. We are excited about the potential for innovation and collaboration this partnership can bring to our business," said Nick Soukas, SVP of Marketing, Intuit TurboTax.
R/GA, a part of The Interpublic Group (IPG), was recently appointed by Intuit QuickBooks to roll out its brand positioning in Australia with the account being led globally by Interpublic Group (IPG) partner agency FCB New York.
