R/GA has announced a few creative leadership new hire announcements.
Han Lin will join as head of design for R/GA’s New York office. He’ll be responsible for overseeing design across key NY design workstreams, developing the Designers we have in NY and working with Community Leads to ensure design work is appropriately managed internally. Design is at the core of what we do at R/GA and we’re thrilled to see what shape NY Design takes under Han’s leadership.
R/GA also has two elevations coming out of California. Nadia Saccardo and Tushar Date will take on roles as group creative directors but focus on individual niches that follows their passions.
With her background in print publishing and digital storytelling, Nadia will hone in on copywriting. After four years with R/GA NY, she will lead a team of creatives and makers, and continue her mission to craft meaningful stories for a portfolio of brands including, Patreon, JanSport, Stitch Fix, Slack and Brex.
After stints in engineering, medicine, IT, and cab driving, Tushar was inspired by his uncle to pursue art and visual design for his career. From graduating college in India to spending five brutal winters in Chicago, Tushar has led efforts across 1800 Tequila, Cuervo, PayPal, Burger King, Microsoft, and Grey Poupon upon his move to LA.
