RADICAL FRIEND aka Kirby McClure is a director who’s kinetic and character-driven films have garnered industry acclaim and captured audiences worldwide. His work has screened at the Hammer Museum, the Lincoln Centre, The Saatchi Gallery, and the Toronto International Film Festival . He’s directed many mesmerising MTV VMA, and UK MVA-nominated music videos, working with provocative artists like H09909, Skrillex, and Yeasayer that earned him a place on Rolling Stone’s '50 People Who Will Change Music.'
Some of his most noteworthy projects include the much-buzzed commercial 'Comeback' for KFC, which boldly introduced the iconic Colonel Sanders as the brand’s swagger dripping mascot in the UK. His collaboration with choreographer Ryan Heffington (EUPHORIA, THE OA) led to him directing the much-lauded Lexus presentation “Design Disrupted”, which fused elements of fashion, cinema, and holographic technology into a breath taking performance led by super model Coco Rocha Kirby also directed the four minute cinematic trailer for the Netflix series Elite that was scored by Charli XCX. His debut feature film 'Spaghetti Junction' is currently available on Amazon.
