Rascal Welcomes Matt Towell as Executive Producer

Senior producer Matt Towell joins Rascal as executive producer.

Matt’s established career in advertising has given him the opportunity to work with some of the biggest and most exclusive brands around the globe. After 15 years in a creative agency environment he has moved over to VFX post production.

Matt said, "During my career I've been lucky to have worked at two of the most esteemed advertising agencies in the industry. A three year run at AMV BBDO sandwiched between my two spells at BBH gave me the opportunity to work with Jamal Edwards on Google Chrome, shoot a Premier League spot across the globe with Seb Edwards, take the p*ss out of Piers Morgan with Jeff Low and build a swimming pool with Johnny Hardstaff so large, two Audi’s could synchronise swim in it. 

"It all began when I was hired by Frances Royle back in 2007. Safe to say that training in a Frances Royle department will give you extremely solid foundations for your future career. It was at this time I first worked with Gareth Brannan, he guided a clueless AP through my first flame session and from then on he’s always been a trusted partner. 

"The recent change from the agency side to VFX suddenly felt right. Knowing Gareth and the team’s ambition for Rascal I was determined to offer my experience. The Rascal team are full of positivity and creativity. I hope to be able to help them build and diversify the company through my experience of “the other side”.
