Leading customer experience agency, RAPP UK has promoted Lucas Galan to SVP data science R&D to lead its growing data, research and development team to stay ahead of a rapidly changing landscape. Lucas, who will report to Andy Rowe, chief marketing sciences officer UK, will lead a team focussed on applying the latest advances in Artificial Intelligence to our product offering and client work. As part of Omnicom Precision Marketing Group, RAPP continues to invest significantly in marketing sciences to ensure it continues to win in the delivery of hyper personalised end to end customer experiences and results for its clients.
Lucas has over a decade of experience working in combining Machine Learning and business solutions. Starting his career at Walt Disney, he is a self-taught programmer responsible for creating award-winning AI and Machine Learning solutions for the likes of F1, the BBC and Reuters.
