RAPP, a global, next-gen precision marketing agency, has appointed Matthew Pharr as global chief marketing sciences officer.
Based in Dallas, Matthew will lead RAPP’s marketing sciences efforts globally, reporting directly to US president John Wells. Matthew’s proven track record of delivering transformative strategies positions him to evolve RAPP’s precision marketing offerings and drive exceptional brand and business outcomes by orchestrating data, decisioning, and experiences across complex customer journeys.

Matthew brings over two decades of expertise in designing and delivering innovative, data-driven customer experiences across industries. Most recently, he served as managing director at Accenture Song, where he led Song’s Data & AI practice in North America. He has also held agency leadership positions as MXM, OgilvyOne, and Targetbase. In these roles, he was responsible for service design, thought leadership, operational delivery, and talent development.
