RAPP UK Appoints Tracey Barber as Senior Vice President Client Growth

RAPP UK has appointed Tracey Barber as senior vice president client growth. Barber will be responsible for new client and organic growth across the business as well as reputation and marketing. She will report into RAPP UK’s CEO Gabrielle Ludzker. Her joining follows a series of senior appointments at RAPP, supporting the agency's recent growth and new client wins.

Barber brings with her over 20 years’ experience working both agency and client side. She joins from Brooklyn Brothers, where she has been global head of brand since 2019. During her tenure she has elevated the agency’s reputation, with Brooklyn Brothers winning multiple Agency of the Year awards for Campaign and The Drum.

Prior to Brooklyn Brothers, Barber spent seven years at Ogilvy UK in marketing and new business. She was also head of new business UK & EMEA for OgilvyOne Worldwide and has held client brand manager roles at IBM & Lenovo and Account Management positions at IPA and One Voice Media & PR.

Barber’s accolades include being named Business Developer of the Year 2021 at the BD100 Awards – a nod to her generation of £12m in new business billings. Passionate about the industry, she launched The Brooklyn Brothers Night School programme and is a trustee of Bloom, the professional network for women in the communications industry. She is also an executive in residence at Brunel University.
